We proceeded to the renovation of a family house, having installed plasterboard, adapted a bathroom and a large and modern kitchen, vinyl flooring and interior and exterior paintings. Everything happened as the manager Tiago assured us, except for the execution time, which was 2 days ahead of schedule! Later there was a need to correct some small flaws, and the guarantee given initially was made available right away. A relationship that will continue, thanks to all the professionals who worked in our house.

After having hired a foreman on his own, having paid in advanced and leaving the job halfway and fully committed, I asked Tiago Fernandes and his Módulo team for help. I'm really sorry that I looked for a "more affordable" solution that brought me some important savings. Foreman Gonzaga and his servants solved the problems and went beyond expectations, I don't even know how to thank you! We managed to renovate a bathroom, solve chronic humidity problems and the house was completely new with the exterior painting (gates included). I learned that cheap is even more expensive.
